Ticket information and help
Useful information
- It is recommended to purchase tickets of the same category for children and their accompanying persons.
- Children under 14 may enter the park premises only if accompanied by a person aged 18 or older. Children who are 14 or older may enter the park premises only upon presentation of proof of age.
- You can upgrade your All-Inclusive ticket to an Fast Pass ticket by using vending machines inside the Park.
- There is no need to change your e-ticket for a regular one at the ticket office — just print it out or save it on your smartphone.
- Fast Pass ticket wristbands are available at the information desk inside the park (you will spot the Info Point sign after the turnstiles)
- Some activities have height restrictions: it is very dangerous to disregard the rules, even if you are only 1 cm shorter than required. We encourage you to use the special filter on our website and find the entertainment that suits you!
- A schedule of all park performances is available on the website.
- You can leave your outerwear in the cloakroom and your shoes and personal belongings in the paid locker room. The cloakroom and locker rooms are located in the Park after the turnstiles.
- The cloakroom is open from October 1 through May 31. Locker rooms are open year-round.

Dream Island Ticket Policy
This Dream Island Park Ticket Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the procedure for purchasing and using tickets for admission to the Dream Island Park, the types of which are provided in this Policy and on the Park's Website (hereinafter referred to as the Ticket), as well as tickets for using the rides.
Actions of the Ticket Holder to purchase, hold and/or use a Ticket confirm the fact of reading and understanding the rules and conditions specified herein, in the Park Rules, Ride Rules, Privacy Policy, Personal Data Processing Policy and other documents published on the Park's Website in the For Customers subsection (hereinafter the Regulations).
According to Art. 426, par. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this Policy is a public contract and according to Art. 428, par. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, it is a contract of adhesion, i.e. a legally binding contract between the Dream Island Park and an individual, which comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the individual through purchasing, holding and/or using a Ticket (hereinafter the Ticket Holder).
This Policy is publicly available on the official website of the Dream Island Park. The ticket policy, a copy of this Policy, as well as other Regulations are additionally available in hard copies at the ticket offices.
