 Rules for Guests Using the Hotel Transylvania Ride

<ol>
<li>The ride is designed for guests above 90 cm in height. Guests from 90 cm to 120 cm in height shall be accompanied   by an adult aged 18 and older.</li>
<li>It is strictly prohibited to use the ride for guests under 90 cm in height.</li>
<li>The maximum permissible load per seating module is 540 kg.</li>
<li>The maximum capacity per module is 6 seats.</li>
<li>Guests accompanying a child shall take full responsibility in accordance with the Russian Federation laws for not providing sufficient information on the child’s disabilities which could be a reason for denying entrance to the ride.</li>
<li>Guests accompanying a child shall make sure that the child complies with these  Rules.</li>
<li>The ride is not recommended to be used by persons with vestibular disturbances, nervous system diseases, mental or physical disorders and claustrophobia.</li>
<li>Before boarding the ride, guests shall leave all personal belongings that may   fall out during ride operation. The Park Administration shall not be  responsible for lost personal belongings.</li>
<li>The boarding order, the number and seating of guests allowed to board, as well as factors    preventing guests from boarding shall be determined by ride operators.</li>
<li>Taking another ride is allowed only after exiting  the ride and going through the queue again.</li>
<li>Please contact the Park Administration in case you have questions  or complaints regarding your visit.</li>
</ol>
<h5>IT IS PROHIBITED FOR GUESTS TO:</h5>

<ul>
<li>Enter or exit the designated ride area without operators' instructions, stand up during ride operation, swing their arms and legs or put their arms and legs outside the cabin.</li>
<li>Sit on the ride with a child in their arms, wearing open shoes (mules, flip-flops, etc.) or glasses and holding a mobile phone or a camera.</li>
<li>Unlock passenger restraints by themselves and exit the ride before the end of the cycle.</li>
<li>Eat, drink, smoke or chew during operation.</li>
<li>Enter the designated ride area with hand luggage or animals and obstruct the movement of ride modules.</li>
<li>Carry out actions that may cause a risk of injury.</li>
<li>Board or disembark the ride by themselves.</li>
</ul>

<br><p><b>Use of the ride is prohibited for:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Pregnant women.</li>
<li>Persons under the influence of any narcotic, toxic, alcoholic or other substances that can affect their senses, body reflexes and coordination.</li>
<li>Persons with musculoskeletal diseases.</li>
<li>Persons with cardiovascular diseases and  neck or back injuries.</li>
<li>Mentally unstable persons.</li>
<li>Guests suffering from vertigo or panic attacks.</li>
<li>Guests whose constitution does not allow them to be safely secured on the ride and who cannot enter or exit the ride on their own.</li>
<li>Passengers wearing flowing clothes and long, loose hair.</li>
</ul>

<h5>SAFETY MEASURES:</h5>

<ul>
<li>Guests shall follow ride operators' instructions at all times.</li>
<li>Guests may not put their legs or arms outside the seating module of the ride.</li>
<li>Guests shall use all the designed active and passive elements of the ride's safety system.</li>
</ul>

<p>Persons with disabilities: According to the requirements of the GOST (Russian National Standard) and TRs (Technical Regulations), the decision to allow persons with disabilities onto the ride shall be made by the Park Administration.</p>

<li>Ambulance — 103</li>
</ul>

<h5>THE ADMINISTRATION SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:</h5>

<ul>
<li>accidents taking place as a result of violating any of the rules above;</li>
<li>personal belongings lost or left during the ride.</li>
</ul>
